30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging. Sets must be returned complete.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your item. The return address is 45 Rue Du Gaillon, 13680 Lançon-Provence, France. This is an international return address for U.S. customers.
Return shipping
We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged goods, defects or incorrect items. You pay return shipping when you change your mind. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue; photographs may help us assess it. Opening an item to inspect it does not exclude a claim for damage, a defect or an incorrect item. We will work with you on an appropriate return, replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. For refund questions, contact [email protected].
